The problem

Most firms find out too late that a project lost money.

1 in 5projects

finish in the red. Owners discover it after close-out – when there's nothing left to do but absorb the loss.

€87k/year

written off as bad debt by a typical €5M firm – mostly retainers forgotten, scope changes never signed, and final accounts that drift past collection.

11h/week

spent chasing payments and reconciling project costs by the average owner-operator. Time that's not on client work, not on selling, not on running the team.

What it does

Three workflows. Connected to the tools you already run.

01

Real-time project profitability

Track labour, materials, and vendor costs in a live view of every active project. Budget vs actual updated continuously. Get notified the moment a project is heading over budget – while there is still time to act.

Live tracking ·· No manual entry
02

Milestone billing & AR recovery

Manage milestone billing, track outstanding receivables, and make sure final retainers and hold-backs do not get forgotten. Reminders go out automatically on overdue invoices.

Stripe + GoCardless ·· One-click pay – coming soon
03

Document capture

Snap a vendor invoice, supplier quote, or scope change from your phone. Nexioris saves it to the right project and keeps track of costs. Automatic coding and accounting integration coming soon.

OCR ·· Auto-coding ·· Project-level routing – coming soon
Calculator

Estimate the impact for your firm.

A conservative estimate of the financial impact alone – recovered margin, recovered billings, faster collection. It doesn't price in the time your team gets back, the projects you win because estimates go out faster, or the clients who stay because they can finally see what's happening on their job. The real return is larger.

ROI estimate Updates live

How this is calculated
  • Margin protected: We assume over-budget projects overrun by ~10% of project value on average. Nexioris flags drift early enough to recover roughly half of that loss through scope re-pricing, vendor renegotiation, or schedule adjustment.
  • Scope changes & retainers recovered: Industry write-off rate is ~1.7% of revenue – mostly retainers forgotten and scope changes never invoiced. Nexioris's tracking and reminders recover ~60% of this.
  • Cost of capital saved: Closing the DSO gap toward a 28-day target frees working capital. The savings figure is that capital valued at 8% (typical cost of capital); the smaller sub-line shows the absolute cash freed.
  • Cost: Auto-estimated based on revenue (typical seat mix for a firm your size). Adjust your exact seat count in the pricing section below – final cost may vary.
  • Not counted here: hours your team gets back from automation and document capture, estimates that go out faster (and win more), and the retention effect of giving clients real visibility into their projects. These are real but harder to put a single number on – we'd rather under-promise on the calculator.

Early partner program

Join Nexioris as an early partner.

We're working with a small number of renovation and construction firms as early partners. You get early access, founder-direct support, and a real say in what we build next. If it works for you at the end, we'd ask for a short review. If it doesn't, no hard feelings.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Does Nexioris replace my accounting software?

No. Nexioris sits above your accounting system as an operational layer. Your accounting software remains the system of record – Nexioris gives owners and project teams a clearer view of project margin, open invoices, costs, schedule, and risk.

What can I use before integrations are live?

You can use Nexioris as a standalone operational dashboard – create projects, track costs, check profitability, manage invoices and receivables, schedule work, store site media, and use alerts. Accounting, payment, and OCR integrations are marked as coming soon.

What problems does Nexioris catch first?

The most common benefits come from unbilled variations, overdue invoices, margin drift on over-budget projects, and outstanding receivables.

Who gets an Editor seat and who gets a Viewer seat?

Editors are people who create or manage operational and financial data. Viewers are site staff, supervisors, bookkeepers, or management who need visibility without the ability to change financial data.

How does the Early Partner Programme work?

Early partners get access to Nexioris through a selected partner arrangement. In return we ask for direct feedback on how it works in practice and a short review if Nexioris turns out to be useful. No hard feelings if it does not suit you.

What should I prepare before trying it?

Start with your active projects, contract values, current costs, open invoices, and the people who need access. That is enough to make the first dashboard useful.

Is Nexioris ready for paying customers today?

Nexioris is moving toward production readiness. Early partner use is the right stage now – broader paid rollout should follow a production environment, live integrations, monitoring, and backups.

How is customer data kept separate?

Every company sees only its own data. Different companies' data is completely separate from each other – technically and in practice.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. Nexioris is billed monthly with no long-term commitment required.

How do I get started?

Send a message to matias@nexioris.com. We will look at your active projects together and see where Nexioris could help first.
